Account Deletion Policy

In-App Account Deletion

- You can permanently delete your account directly from within the app

- Navigate to: Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account

- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm account deletion

- This process is immediate and does not require contacting customer support

What Happens When You Delete Your Account:

- All your reminders, notes, and attached files will be permanently deleted

- Your account credentials and profile information will be removed

- App preferences and settings associated with your account will be deleted

- This action is irreversible and cannot be undone

Data Deletion Timeline:

- Immediate: Your account access is revoked immediately upon deletion

- Within 30 days: All your data is permanently removed from active servers

- Within 90 days: Data is removed from backup systems and disaster recovery archives

Important Notes:

- You may be asked to verify your identity before account deletion

- You will receive a final confirmation before your account is permanently deleted

- Once deleted, you cannot recover your data or restore your account

- You may create a new account at any time after deletion

Alternative to Deletion:

- If you wish to temporarily stop using the app, you can simply uninstall it

- Your data will remain on our servers and can be accessed if you reinstall the app

- This is different from account deletion, which is permanent

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete such information.

Data Retention

- Your reminder data is retained on our servers while your account is active

- App preferences and settings persist until account deletion
